After natural conception, pregnancy of ovarian localization ranges from 1/2000 to 1/60 000 births. Possible risk factors for ovarian pregnancy include embryo transfer procedures after in vitro fertilization and unplanned conception in cases of intrauterine contraception. The clinical manifestations of the disease are characterized by the absence of metrorrhagia, and in the outcome — rupture of the ectopic pregnancy with signs of intra-abdominal bleeding, usually life-threatening. In addition, progressive ovarian pregnancy has an uncharacteristic for ectopic pregnancy dynamics of hCG growth, which complicates preoperative diagnosis. The article presents a very rare clinical case of successfully diagnosed and cured progressive twin ovarian pregnancy of 11—12 week gestation with uncommon clinical manifestations and anamnesis of the patient.
