Objective — to determine the frequencies of genetic mutations in patients undergoing ART program and to determine the effect of mutations on the further course of treatment. Material and methods. 47 patients participated in the study: 13 men and 34 women. The average age of women was 34.96±9.1 years, the average age of men — 36.25±9.4 years. The screening genetic test «Preparing for pregnancy» of the «Genetico» center was performed for each patient. It includes 31 most common among Europeans pathogenic mutations associated with the development of 23 hereditary diseases in total. Results. Out of the 47 DNA tests on the mutation carrier, mutations haven’t been identified in 41 patients. Various mutations from the examination list were identified in 7 patients (pathological mutation was detected in 17.07% of patients). 4 patients with identified mutations from the selected panel had deviations in the reproductive system and had history of the spontaneous pregnancy losses. These patients we advised to undergo the program of preimplantation genetic screening of embryos. Conclusions. This study demonstrated the correlation between the identified mutations in the genome and the patient’s anamnesis. Genetic testing prior to pregnancy planning is advised. It will help to identify the possible genetic deviations and to choose better tactics of further treatment.
