According to recent literature, there is a trend of increase in incidence of chronic endometritis, which is due to the widespread use of intrauterine devices, the number of abortions and different intrauterine manipulations, including endoscopy. The evolution of microbial factors immune, nervous, endocrine and other systems of the body, contributing to the  development of oligosymptomatic and subclinical forms of inflammatory processes plays important role.
