Objective. To define the methods of ART planning in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia Material and methods. Before ART planning 72 patients with hyperhomocysteinemia received 3 mg of folic acid daily and 1 i.m. injection of Medivitan twice per week for 4 weeks. Results. The significant decrease of homocystein level was demonstrated in 3 weeks. The patients without genetic polymorphisms had higher therapy efficiency. Conclusions. The homocystein level should be measured and corrected before ART planning.
