Abstract:

The prevalence of HIV infection is high. Only 60 per cent of HIV-positive pregnancies are carried to term and associated with medical, social and economic implications. Therefore, the preventative measures against unwanted pregnancy are necessary. In this review, contraception methods used in HIV-infected women are presented.
