Abstract:

Plastic surgery implies some interrelated organizational and medical tasks where we talk about personalized diagnostic and treatment strategy. Particular important objectives for modern plastic surgery are development of evidence-based clinical algorithms for interdisciplinary interaction and drafting of logistical relationships. These measures increase the efficiency and quality of medical care. Multidisciplinary approach and interaction in plastic surgery is an international standard for the best quality of medical care. This process is carried out from the perspective of continuity of care. A review of international and national data on implementation of multidisciplinary continuity in modern plastic surgery will provide professional community with up-to-date information about the achievements and key mechanisms of this process.
