Abstract:

This article describes a clinical case of treatment of a 67-year-old patient with Leriche syndrome, chronic ischemia of the lower extremities of III degree according to A.V. Pokrovsky, and renal cell cancer. Due to the presence of pain in the lower extremities at rest and hematuria, a combined operation was performed: right nephrectomy with bifurcation aortofemoral replacement through a median laparotomy. The postoperative period was uneventful. The patient was discharged from the hospital in satisfactory condition on the 14th day after surgery.
