Abstract:

The report presents 8-year experience in following up a female patient with duodenal cancer after segmental distal resection. The given data available in the literature confirm the correctness of the chosen tactics, since the volume of surgery for tumors of the lower duodenal horizontal branch does not affect the patient’s life expectancy.
