Модели эмбриональных опухолей центральной нервной системы на основе Danio rerio

Резюме

Эмбриональные злокачественные опухоли центральной нервной системы представляют серьезную угрозу для жизни детей и делают весьма актуальными поиски новых терапевтических стратегий в этой области педиатрической медицины. Особенно важна разработка новых экспериментальных подходов, в том числе модельных систем, для проведения медико-биологических исследований. В последнее время костистая пресноводная рыба Danio rerio приобрела популярность как альтернатива широко используемым моделям млекопитающих благодаря простоте разведения, быстрому внеутробному развитию и прозрачности эмбрионов. Эти особенности делают рыбок D. rerio крайне полезными для изучения возникновения, прогрессирования, метастазирования опухолей и скрининга лекарственных препаратов в живом организме, что необходимо для успешного развития персонализированной медицины. Обзор посвящен описанию трансплантационных подходов к моделированию эмбриональных опухолей центральной нервной системы на основе D. rerio. Рассмотрены как ксеногенные, так и сингенные трансплантационные модели, использование которых поможет изучению биологии эмбриональных опухолей центральной нервной системы и созданию организменных тест-систем для поиска противоопухолевых лекарств.
