Abstract:

The paper describes the advantages of personalized medical measures by pyrosequencing technology. It considers a pyrosequencing procedure, its features and application areas of clinical diagnosis. It is shown that pyrosequencing may be used in clinical pharmacogenetic studies to use correct anticoagulant therapy with warfarin.
