Parapsoriasis has been known since 1902 after description by L. Brock. Currently, this dermatosis has not taken a specific nosological place and it placed as a benign lymphoproliferative process, and from other side, in rare cases, as a condition close to T-cell malignant lymphoma. The etiology and pathogenesis of dermatosis have not been discovered. The disease notes the variety of clinical symptoms, the existence of transitional forms and the layering of one clinical form on another, as well as the onset of occasional spontaneous remission of the disease. At the stage of studying parapsoriasis, it is currently important to determine the dependence of the appearance of skin rashes on the functional state of organs and the body as a whole. Dermatosis is characterized by a rash of erythematosquamous spots, papules and plaques localized on the skin of the upper and lower extremities and the trunk. The general state of health is well, itching is absent. The pathological process often takes a chronic relapsing course that is resistant to treatment. An illustration of what has been said is the clinical observation of an 11-year-old patient with a small-patchy form of parapsoriasis. Over 3 years of illness, she was treated many times, including in the day hospital of the Kolomensky branch of the MNPCDC DZM. The diagnosis of plaque parapsoriasis was histologically confirmed. After a comprehensive inpatient treatment, she was discharged with improvement. With recommendations to continue rehabilitation treatment and medical examination.
