Abstract:

We report a rare clinical case of cutaneous form of the Rosai—Dorfman disease, whose manifestation include disseminated nodules on the face, scalp, and trunk, having typical saturated pink color with yellow-brown areas in the center and sized up to 3—4 cm. We discuss clinical, dermatoscopic, pathological, and immunohistochemical diagnostic symptoms of the Rosai Dorfman disease. Dynamics of cutaneous process during treatment was illustrates.
