Abstract:

Non-organ retroperitoneal tumors (NROTs) localized in the retroperitoneal pelvic fibrous space are a difficult target for surgical intervention. The situation is tricky if the tumor is large enough through the hock or one of the sciatic foramen extends to the gluteal region. In this case, radical removal of the tumor is possible only with the use of two surgical accesses – through the abdominal cavity and the gluteal region. through the abdomen and the gluteal region.
