Abstract:

Condition of microcirculatory blood flow in upper limbs was evaluated in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in combination with diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2 (main group) and in patients with CHD without DM (control group). It was estimated that the lowest reserve capacities of microcirculatory blood flow as well as decreased collateral reserves and low compensatory capacities of microcirculatory blood flow were observed in patients with CHD and DM compared with patients with CHD without DM.
