Non-seminomatous germ cell tumor of the testicle is a rare condition accounting for 1.3% of all tumors in men. This disease can be rarely complicated by thrombosis of inferior vena cava and the right cardiac chambers. We present an effective treatment of a patient with embryonic testicular carcinoma, multiple metastases in lungs/mediastinal and retroperitoneal lymph nodes, as well as thrombosis of inferior vena cava with embolism of the right ventricle and left pulmonary artery. The patient underwent left-sided orchofuniculectomy with subsequent course of EP chemotherapy and three courses of BEP chemotherapy, as well as long-term anticoagulation in prophylactic doses. We observed complete regression of secondary lesions in lungs, mediastinal and retroperitoneal lymph nodes, disappearance of thrombi in the right ventricle and inferior vena cava. Thus, surgical treatment of venous complications was not indicated.
