Ventral hernias are a common disease, and herniology is one of the oldest branches of surgery. However, the incidence of relapses and complications after hernia repair surgery remains high. In recent years, various mini-invasive methods of hernia repair are launched, particularly, endovideosurgical retromuscular allohernioplasty, included eTEP and EMILOS operations. This intervention method allows reducing the complication incidence and the treatment duration in the hospital, also helps to avoid complications and other disadvantages of traditional laparoscopic plastic surgery (IPOM). In the article, indications and technique manipulations are presented, and the application results of endovideosurgical repair methods of ventral hernias are discussed. There should be noted that the world surgical experience still has a few practical data to fully assess the potency of endovideosurgical retromuscular allohernioplasty.
