The investigation embraced 215 patients. All of them were treated with (underwent) endoscopic transpapillary stenting in multiple modifications. We were able to restore the bile outflow in all patients. Complications were registered in 65 (30.2%) of supervisions. Mortality was 7.9%. Remote results were traced in 29 (72.5%) of patients with benign obstruction of the extrahepatical billiary ducts. Median term of stent functioning was/amounted to 4,5 months. The endoscopic transpapillary stenting should be considered as the stage in combined surgical treatment of the billary ducts obstruction. It can be used as the final monooption only in patients with nonresectable neoblastomas of the hepatopancreatobilliary rea.
