Современные морфологические представления о периимплантной инфекции в травматологии и ортопедии

Резюме

С увеличением числа ортопедических операций, таких как замена коленного и тазобедренного суставов, возрастает и риск развития периимплантной инфекции. По данным различных регистров, количество таких вмешательств продолжает расти, что делает проблему инфекций особенно актуальной. Морфологическая оценка периимплантных тканей, в первую очередь периимплантной мембраны, вошла в рутинную практику и используется в качестве одного из диагностических критериев инфекции. В представленном обзоре обобщены основные морфологические изменения в периимплантной мембране, формирующейся на границе кость/имплант, представлены патогенетические механизмы периимплантного остеолиза, а также показаны основные механизмы персистенции микроорганизмов при периимплантной инфекции.
