
Цифровые технологии в диагностике и лечении нарушений сна при посттравматическом стрессовом расстройстве

Резюме
Нарушения сна относятся к числу основных симптомов посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР). Современные компьютерные технологии дают возможность создания широкодоступных носимых устройств (НУ), которые регистрируют объективные показатели активности и физиологических функций человека и с учетом интеграции в телемедицинские платформы облегчают доступ пациента к методам диагностики и лечения. В обзоре обобщен опыт применения НУ, мобильных и веб-приложений для диагностики нарушений сна при ПТСР, а также для оценки эффективности применяемых терапевтических методов. Обсуждается применение современных технологий в научных исследованиях для создания новых подходов к лечению ПТСР и внедрения научных разработок в широкую клиническую практику. Анализируется опыт применения компьютеризированных методов терапии, позволяющих удаленно и в значительной степени автономно проходить лечение. Обсуждаются также проблемы, связанные с применением цифровых технологий для диагностики и лечения ПТСР, в частности вопросы конфиденциальности и безопасности, а также необходимости осторожной интерпретации получаемых результатов, особенно в случае пациентов с психическими особенностями и когнитивным дефицитом.
