The paper gives the results of examining and treating 90 reproductive-aged patients with uterine myoma who plan pregnancy and have undergone laparotomic myomectomy in the absence of pregnancy and received a course of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the early and late postoperative period. The immediate and late results of treatment are traced. Indications for the postoperative use of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists are defined. Myomectomy carried out at the pregravid preparation stage is shown to promote conception and pregnancy in 67.8% of patients. The authors give the results of examining postmyomectomy uterine scars, in which the clinical, ultrasound, macroscopic, and morphological signs of their competence were revealed.
