Abstract:

A clinical observation of respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma of the nasal cavity in a patient aged 14 years with complaints of nasal breathing difficulties is presented. The importance of differential diagnosis of neoplasms of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and the effectiveness of endonasal endoscopic intervention in the treatment of such patients is shown.
