Abstract:

The study describes the variant anatomy of the ethmoid bone and nasal cavity in patients with spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid lick. A correlation was established between the anatomical structure of the lattice labyrinth and the sphenoid sinuses and the occurrence of spontaneous nasal liquorrhea: deep asymmetrical olfactory pits, in combination with the asymmetrical horizontal and oblique-vertical position of the plane of ethmoidal plates.
