Дифференцированный подход к медикаментозной коррекции генитоуринарного синдрома

Резюме

Развитие генитоуринарного синдрома, обусловленного прогрессирующим снижением уровня эстрогенов, в значительной степени снижает качество жизни, общее состояние здоровья и сексуальную активность. Симптомы генитоуринарного синдрома широко распространены у женщин разных возрастных групп. Эти симптомы связаны как с транзиторной гипоэстрогенией, нередко сопровождающей течение послеродового периода и периода грудного вскармливания, прием лекарственных препаратов, так и со стойким дефицитом эстрогенов на фоне физиологической или хирургической менопаузы, преждевременной недостаточности яичников, лучевой или адъювантной терапии рака. Комплексный подход к коррекции генитоуринарного синдрома представляется актуальным для акушеров-гинекологов, психотерапевтов и врачей иных специальностей. В настоящем обзоре представлены данные об основных симптомах генитоуринарного синдрома и патофизиологических механизмах их развития, описаны безопасные современные стратегии коррекции.
