The purpose of the study — to study the efficacy and safety of non-hormonal drug Endoferin for the treatment of endometriosis in patients of reproductive age. Material and methods. Patients: 25 women with histologically verified forms of adenomyosis aged 23 to 45 years (average 37.1±6 years) who received treatment with the drug Endoferin. Patients were under clinical observation over the course of and within 3 months after its termination. Results. The positive effect of treatment was achieved in 17 (73.9%) out of 23 patients; the number of cases with severe activity of adenomyosis foci decreased 4 times (from 34.8 to 8.7%), moderate activity — 1.4 times (from 43.5 to 30.4%). Conclusion. The effectiveness of a new non-hormonal drug Endoferin in 25 patients of reproductive age with clinical, ultrasound and morphological signs of endometriosis is shown. Further research is needed to study the non-hormonal pathogenetic links of endometriosis and the rationale for targeted therapy.
