Abstract:

ABSTRACT This article describes the mechanisms of negative impact of external genital endometriosis on ovarian tissue, its functional state and oocyte quality, as well as aggravation of this process after its operative treatment. Topical recommendations on the management of women with endometrial ovarian cysts aimed at maintaining fertility are considered. The modern data on the possibility of malignization of endometriosis, in particular of the ovaries, are noted. New results of conservative therapy of endometrioid ovarian cysts, in particular using dienogest, are presented.
