Objective — to evaluate the effectiveness of the combined effect of ultrasonic cavitation irrigation of the uterus cavity and peloid dyspnea with hyposulfite mud on the change in the level of proinflammatory cytokines and the state of the microbiota of the genital tract in women after the missed pregnancy. Material and methods. 65 women were included in the study after the missed pregnancy in a period of up to 12 weeks. In the complex of therapy, the patients underwent cavitation ultrasonic irrigation of the uterine cavity with 0.05% chlorhexidine solution in combination with the rectal administration of mud tampons and applications to the «panties» zone. The level of cytokines IL-8, IL-6 and TNF-α in the blood was determined by an enzyme immunoassay using a set of VECTOR-BEST reagents. Results. Using the method of ultrasonic cavitation irrigation of the uterine cavity in combination with peloidotherapy in women after the interruption of the regressing pregnancy leads to a significant decrease in the level of the primary mediators of the inflammatory response and to the normalization of the microbiocenosis of the genital tract as compared to the group in which only standard antibiotic therapy was used. Conclusions. the complex application of cavitation irrigation of the uterine cavity and mud cure in women after the interruption of regressing pregnancy leads to a significant decrease in the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines and to normalize the genital tract microbiocenosis.
