Abstract:

The article descibes the aspects of the influence of female sex steroids on estrogen-dependent organs and body systems. Particular attention is paid to the role of estrogen deficiency in women after 30 years, associated with it disorders of the menstrual cycle and manifestations of relative hyperandrogenism in the form of late acne. There are four main groups of patients in whom СОС Qlaira can be the drug of choice, as well as the results of joint observation by an obstetrician-gynecologist and dermatovenereologist of women with menstrual irregularities in the form of profuse menstrual bleeding and idiopathic late acne treated with Qlaira.
