The quality of life of patients after mastectomy, is of great socio-economic and demographic problems because of the high incidence of breast cancer in women, not only the working and social activities, but also reproductive age. Surgery, radiotherapy, adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy used in the treatment of breast cancer, leads to serious physical and psychological disorders, which are combined in postmastectomy syndrome including postmastectomy defect lymphoedema (lymphostasis) upper limbs, limiting range of motion in the shoulder joint, disorders of the peripheral nervous system, psychological abnormalities. All women after special treatment for breast cancer, regardless of the volume of the operation need to conduct complex rehabilitation. Timely conduct of rehabilitation will reduce the number and the dynamics of the inevitable complications, prevent the development of postoperative irreversible consequences in the form of contractures and joint deformities, allows converting a negative psychological perception of the disease in a useful experience.
