Objective — to study the of the polymorphism of angiotensin II gene receptors (AGTR1 and AGTR2) in development of preeclampsia. Material and methods. The study included 49 patients with preeclampsia, and 48 women of control group. Genotyping of angiotensin II receptors (AGTR1, AGTR2) was carried out using a polymerase chain reaction. Results. The incidence of C4599A polymorphism of AGTR2 gene was higher in group of preeclampsia (p=0,009). Conclusion. C4599A polymorphism of AGTR2 gene may play important rope in the genesis of preeclampsia.
