Abstract:

Objective — to measure the efficacy and the safety of recombinant FSH Follitrop in practice of ART. Material and methods. The study included 137 patients treated with Follitrop for stimulation ovaries in IVF cycles. The data were obtained from 7 medical centres of Russia and Kazakhstan. Results. There is strong evidence of the efficacy of Follitrip for stimulation ovaries in IVF cycles compared with other well-known recombinant gonadotrophins. The initial dose should be 75—100 IU higher than other recombinant gonadotrophins. Conclusion: Recombinant gonadotrophin Follitrop is suitable for stimulation ovaries in IVF cycles.
