Objective — to optimize the pregnancy, delivery and puerperium at patients with intracranial arterial aneurisms rupture. Methods. The study concluded 12 women with diagnosis of arterial aneurism rupture or with suspicion on a rupture of aneurism treated in Clinical hospital № 15. Results. 3 patients had no  radiological confirmation of cerebrovascular pathology. In two cases the pregnancy was complicated by preeclampsia without cerebrovascular pathology. Conclusion. Intracranial hemorrhage during pregnancy, delivery and puerperium is a serious complication leading to increased maternal morbidity and mortality. The rupture of  IC arterial aneurisms can be the cause of ICH.
