Objective. To analys the level of proinflammatory cytokines concentration in serum of the posterity of female rats with experimental liver injury of various genesis. Material and methods. Object of the study was the posterity of female rats with experimental injury of hepatobiliary system of various genesis. Results. The serum IL-1β, IL-2 and TNF-α level in experimental animals with mesenchymal and drug liver injury in the neonatal period was higher than in control group. Serum IL-8 level in contrast was lower compared with control group. In puberty experimental rats with mesenchymal and drug injury had lower IL-1β and IL-2 concentrations and increased IL-8 level. The content of TNF had no significant changes. Conclusions. Fetal development disorders as a result of chronic liver injury in female rats causes the changes of proinflammatory cytokines levels in their posterity.
