Abstract:

Microdeletions of AZFa, AZFb and AZFc regions on the long arm of the Y-chromosome cause azoo- and oligozoospermia. We developed the diagnostic system for detection of these microdeletions with the help of two tetraplex real-time polymerase chain reactions.
