Abstract:

To our knowledge, this case of birth of a healthy boy from a parent with nonmosaic Klinefelter's syndrome is the first one in Russia and demonstrates the revolutionary aspects of assisted reproductive technologies and preimplantation genetic diagnosis concerning male infertility.
