Widespread aesthetic procedures increase the number of adverse events. Therefore, significant attention is paid to rehabilitation in post-procedural period. There are various guidelines for hardware and injection procedures, but pre-procedural and post-procedural care is described only in a few studies. The lack of recommendations inspired the advisory board, and the results are described in this article. The advisory board purpose was to develop uniform protocols for bioregulatory medicines manufactured by Heel in pre-procedural and post-procedural period in cosmetology. Specialists determined pre-procedural and post-procedural care algorithm for injection and hardware procedures with emphasis on correction of the most common adverse events (hematoma and swelling). The experts recommend medicines enhancing natural lymphatic drainage 2—3 days before the procedure and for 8»12 days after the procedure. This approach is especially advisable if tendency to swelling is known. Local healing and anti-inflammatory drugs are recommended after procedures associated with skin damage or inflammatory reaction. These protocols will improve post-procedural period, minimize the risk of adverse events and increase patient compliance.
