The paper describes a rare clinical case of a granular cell tumor of the breast. An integrated approach, encompassing radiation diagnostic techniques, such as X-ray and ultrasound with interventional radiology technologies, followed by morphopathological verification have played a major role in clarifying the diagnosis.
