A model was created to replace bone defects with calcium-phosphate-based bioceramic granules. Whether calcium-phosphate-based ceramics may be used to replace bone defects in craniomaxillofacial surgery was defined. The paper describes a case of reconstruction of maxillofacial bone defect with a complex composite endoprosthesis.
