By using the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory, Polyclinic One, Department for Presidential Affairs of the Russian Federation, as an example, the authors present its experience in administratively managing and bringing the polyclinic's laboratory to a new activity level through introduction and adaptation of an ALTEI laboratory information system.
