Abstract:

There are various types of localized scleroderma comorbidities. We report two cases of the development of annular granuloma in patients with localized scleroderma. A patient aged 62 years suffered from skin pathology in combination with hypertension, bronchial asthma, type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic gastritis, chronic pyelonephritis, and urolithiasis. A 67-year-old patient suffered from localized scleroderma and annular granuloma in combination with hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, and chronic cerebral ischemia. Clinical manifestations of dermatoses were characteristic of this age group. Thus, localized scleroderma was represented by multiple lesions on the skin of the trunk and extremities in both patients. In both cases, clinical manifestations of the annular granuloma corresponded to the disseminated form. The reported cases are indicative of similar pathogenetic factors of localized scleroderma and annular granuloma associated with angiopathy and disorders of macrocirculation and microcirculation.
