Abstract:

This problem is relevant due to increased number of patients with lichen sclerosus of the vulva and the complexity of disease control. Objective. The study is aimed at improving treatment of lichen sclerosus accompanied by co-infections, using Panavir, platelet-rich autoplasma obtained using Swiss technology RegenLab, and exposure of affected area to infrared laser radiation. Material and methods. The study included 40 females diagnosed with lichen sclerosus of the vulva. All patients underwent outpatient complex therapy with platelet-rich autoplasma obtained using Swiss technology RegenLab and exposure of affected area to infrared laser radiation with Panavir gel. Treatment course included 10 sessions (on a daily basis). A total of 2—3 courses have been carried out with 4-week-long intervals. Results. Combination therapy using platelet-rich autoplasma, infrared laser radiation, and Panavir gel for external and topical application in patients with early signs of lichen sclerosus was effective in 90% of cases.
