Abstract:

The article focuses on the current data on pathogenesis and etiology of Darier disease, as well as its clinical entities and differential diagnosis. The modern treatment methods using different groups of pharmaceuticals are described. The currently used physiotherapy techniques are discussed and gradation of verified effectiveness is specified.
