This review presents data on hepatic pathology associated with chronic dermatoses of infectious and autoimmune origin. Possibilities of pharmacological correction of liver dysfunction are discussed. The main groups of hepatoprotectors of different chemical structure, composition, and mechanism of action are considered. Brief characteristic of individual groups is given.
