Aim — to analyze in-hospital outcomes of carotid endarterectomy within single-center prospective register. Material and methods. It was performed a detailed analysis of various prognostic factors including clinical-instrumental, anatomical-angiographic and perioperative variables in 1035 patients. The factors of unfavorable prognosis were revealed. Also we identified protective factors which reduce the risk of unfavorable in-hospital cardiovascular events. Results. According to our data significant risk factors of adverse events are 1) clinical and demographic (atherosclerosis with lesion of three arterial systems, severe angina and female gender), 2) surgical (hybrid revascularization — PCI followed by CEA, BARC score bleeding over 3). Conclusion. We revealed factors which should be considered to select patients for cerebral revascularization.
