Aim - to study possibilities of an equivalent electric cardiac generator of dipole type during exercise ECG test to increase sensitivity of the test in CAD verification. Material and methods. The study included 10 consecutive patients who were referred to verify the diagnosis of CAD because of complaints on precordial pain. All patients underwent exercise ECG test on treadmill according to BRUCE protocol. Also selective coronary angiography or multidimensional computed tomography of coronary arteries were performed. At each phase of stress test time oscillograms of coordinates of "cardiac electrical center" and level of «cardiac electrical activity» were determined for each cardiac cycle. Results. Changes of cardiac electrical activity coincided with significant ECG-changes verified by coronary angiography and were more accurate for one patient who had incorrect results of ECG-test. Method of ECG oscillography with researsh of cardiac electrical activity increases diagnostic accuracy of exercise ECG test.
