Abstract:

It was suggested treatment tactics of patients with acute mesenteric ischemia. Computer tomography was used for primary diagnostics of acute impairment of mesenteric circulation. Mesentericography was applied for confirmation the level of destruction and definition of superior mesenteric artery angioarchitecture. Endovascular interventions were performed in case of impaired blood flow (clot-aspiration, local thrombolysis, angioplasty, stenting).
