Abstract:

Pelvic varicose veins disease in a patient with aplasia of the inferior vena cava is reported in the article. Clinical signs of disease (intense pelvic pain) appeared at the age of 30. The diagnosis was verified by ultrasound and X-ray examination. Phlebotropic and compression therapy resulted significant regression of clinical symptoms.
