Abstract:

The report presents briefly historical aspects, issues of diagnosis and treatment of chylothorax, as well as a clinical case of successful thoracoscopic visualization and clipping of a defect in the thoracic lymphatic duct at the level of the upper thoracic inlet, complicated by recurrent left-sided chylous effusion.
