Authors designed and implemented method of laser recanalisation of colonic tumor that enables to accomplish early intestinal decompression in case of ileus and restore motor-evacuation function and early clinic-metabolic compensation (without laparotomy and colostomy). Proposed approach allows preparing patient to radical surgery under tight deadlines not discharging him and facilitating increase of safety of surgical management and single-step reconstruction of bowel continuity. Early endoscopic bowel decompression as the first stage of "Fast-Track Recovery in combination with complex programmed correction of homeostasis disorders and circulation of the intestinal wall afford in a very short time eliminate morphofunctional disorders of the afferent bowel and perform radical surgery for colorectal cancer under the principles of elective surgery. Given approach makes it possible to exclude intermediate treatment options, considerably reduce total period of treatment and rehabilitation, achieve high quality of life in immediate and long-term period. An example of successful clinical implementation of the method is given in the article.
