A comparative analysis of long-term results of surgical treatment of 76 patients with genital prolapse, 35 of whom underwent laparoscopic sacropexy, 41 - Prolift prolene mesh placement, has been carried out. Poor long-term results were observed in 3 (8.6%) patients after laparoscopic sacropexy and in 8 (19.5%) patients after Prolift surgery.
