Abstract:

ABSTRACT The article describes two patients with Miller-Fisher syndrome. The acute period of the disease and intensive care protocols are described. The authors focus on the features of respiratory support in patients with respiratory disorders due to polyneuropathy with preserved consciousness, as well as the importance of rapid diagnostics of this syndrome, the early initiation of pathogenetic therapy and implementation of the rehabilitation protocol after stabilization of the state.
